Most extended health care / benefit plans offer coverage for our registered massage therapy services. The only exception to this is our Indian Head Massage, which is not typically covered under benefit plans.

We far surpass all government standards to ensure that our pedicure instruments and equipment are properly cleaned and sterilized.  Here are the steps we take to ensure your safety:

• Our pedicure chair basins do not have pipes.  Without pipes, harmful bacteria have no hiding place and no way to contaminate the foot basins.
• Our foot basins are non-porous – leaving no spaces for bacteria to hide and grow.
• We scrub and clean our pedicure basins before using a hospital grade disinfectant for sterilization.  We let the disinfectant soak for at least 10 minutes (above and beyond the minimum 3-minute government requirement). 
• We wear gloves during pedicures.
• We scrub and clean all instruments before placing them in a sterilizing solution that kills 100% of all harmful bacteria and/or fungi.  Instruments are then placed in a sealed pouch until ready for use.  
• We use single-use polish brushes and new polish for every guest.  We pour the base coat, polish, and top coat onto sterilized trays so there is never any risk of polish cross contamination.    

YES! All of the massage therapy services offered at Ezentials are provided by Registered Massage Therapists and are covered under most extended benefits plans. 

Not at this time. We love to talk to our guests (by phone or in-person) to ensure that they have the best possible experience at Ezentials.  For this reason, we currently do not offer online booking.

We require 48 hours advance notification to cancel or reschedule any service(s) requiring 2 or more hours.  All other services require 24 hours advance notification.  A charge of 50% of the total amount will be billed to your account for late cancellation or missed appointments.

Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled by calling 705-222-0043  and speaking to one of our receptionists (or by leaving a message on our voice mail).  Appointments cannot be rescheduled or cancelled by email or Facebook. 

Yes.  Whenever possible, we use products derived from nature that do not contain artificial ingredients, chemical fragrances, or toxic additives.  For example, we use Eminence Organic Skin Care for our facials, a Canadian Seaweed line for our body wraps, and natural unscented products for our laundry.  In terms of nail polishes, we use SpaRitual which is free of 12 of the most common toxic ingredients found in other polishes. 

Yes - we do offer shellac manicures but not gel nails.  At Ezentials, we focus on natural products that are non-toxic.  Due to some of the harmful/toxic ingredients used in gel nails, we do not offer this service.
