The $500 monthly membership fee is applied directly to your account (with no expiry) and can be used toward any product, service, and/or gift card purchases.

- 20% off regular priced esthetic services
- 20% off regular priced retail products
- 50% off regular priced Nordic Lounge Experiences (Mondays to Fridays only)
- Note: Saturday bookings would be billed at full price. Nordic Lounge discount cannot be used in combination with packages or other discounts/promotions.
- Unlimited complimentary Starlight Suite Sessions
- Complimentary coffee and/or tea during any service
- Opportunities to attend exclusive VIP-only events
- Various VIP promotional offers/perks

- Product and service discounts cannot be shared or transferred to friends/family members
- Ezentials reserves the right to change the Membership Program at any point in time

Can I use a gift card toward the purchase of a Membership?
No, not at this time. Our point-of-sale software is currently programmed to automatically charge credit cards on file for the cost of monthly membership fees. It is our hope that the payment options will be expanded in the future as our software company releases new updates.
Can I purchase multiple months of a Membership at one time?
No, not at this time. Our point-of-sale software is currently programmed to automatically charge credit cards on file on a monthly basis for the cost of membership fees. It is our hope that the payment options will be expanded in the future as our software company releases new updates.
How can I purchase a Membership for a loved one?
The Membership would be set-up in the recipient’s name and you would need to provide your credit card number as the credit card on file to be charged for the monthly membership fees for your loved one.
Can I give one of my service credits (e.g., for a pedicure) to a friend or family member?
Yes. If you would like to transfer one of your service credits to a friend or family member, the transfer can be done at the time of check-out. Other Membership benefits (e.g., product discounts, complimentary services, service discounts), however, cannot be transferred to others.
Can I use my service credits toward a different service that is not part of my Membership?
Yes. You can ask our reception team to apply a membership service credit toward a different service at the time of checkout – if there is a price difference, however, you will be required to pay difference.
Can I use one of the services on the same day that I purchase the Membership?
Yes – however, you need to purchase the membership FIRST and then pay for your services on a separate transaction.
Is there a limit to how many free Starlight Suite sessions I can get with the Ultra Elite VIP Membership?
No. With the Ultra Elite VIP Membership, you have access to unlimited Starlight Suite sessions. However, these sessions cannot be transferred to a friend/family member. In addition, the complimentary Starlight Suite sessions are subject to our regular cancellation policy – therefore, missed appointments or late cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a 50% charge.
Can I enjoy free tea or coffee with a Starlight Suite session if I have an Ultra Elite VIP Membership?
Yes. As part of the Ultra Elite VIP Membership, you can enjoy complimentary coffee or tea with any scheduled service.
If I purchase the Ultra Elite Membership for $500 per month and then decide to switch Memberships at the end of the three-month term, can I apply the money on my account to a new Membership?
No, not at this time. Our point-of-sale software is currently programmed to automatically charge credit cards on file for the cost of monthly membership fees. It is our hope that the payment options will be expanded in the future as our software company releases new updates.
Can I get a refund for Membership fees paid?
No. Membership fees are non-refundable. However, after the initial three-month commitment, memberships can be cancelled at any time on a month-to-month basis at the end of any given monthly billing cycle. Any fees that have been charged prior to the cancellation, cannot be refunded. The service credits or money on account (depending on the membership purchased), however, can still be applied to any applicable services.
