The Nordic Lounge accommodates 8 people at any given time.  Each person will be assigned a dedicated lounge chair.

Bathing suits are required to be worn by all guests entering the Nordic Lounge.

Yes. Guests must be 18 years or older to enjoy the Nordic Lounge.

Yes. The sauna and steam room are not suitable for individuals who are pregnant, have a compromised immune system, or are recovering from surgery.  In addition, they are also not recommended for individuals with heart disease, cancer, very high blood pressure, or very low blood pressure.

1. Guests must be 18 years or older.
2. Bathing suits are mandatory.
3. The Nordic Lounge is a quiet space - for the consideration of all guests, please keep voices to a whisper.
4. Mobile devices are to be kept in lockers or on silent mode with no incoming/outgoing phone calls.
5. Towels are to be used to sit on any surface (i.e., no direct skin contact with sauna bench, steam room bench, or lounge chairs).
6. No perfumes or scented products can be worn into the Nordic Lounge.
7. Drinks can be consumed in the Nordic Lounge but cannot be taken into the steam room or sauna - drinks must be left at a designated lounge chair in the rest area.
8. For the safety of all guests, no glass can be brought into the Nordic Lounge - drinks must be consumed from plastic or non-breakable containers.
9. Showers are available in the change rooms but we ask guests to keep shower times brief.  This will help to ensure that all guests have access to a shower within a reasonable time frame.

Yes.  Groups can rent out the entire space for special events.

Currently, we are booking 60- or 90-minute sessions.  However, increased session times may be added based on guest feedback.

Please Note: Guests are asked to monitor their time in the Nordic Lounge to ensure that they leave at their scheduled time.  Should a guest arrive late, the session time will still end at the pre-booked time for the courtesy of other guests who are booked.
