My aunt told me about the products and it has really helped my skin and marks. Tried the Nordic spa during a promo with a girlfriend and we loved it. Very friendly and helpful staff especially when I was self conscious about my skin which has since improved. I was recommended the eminence probiotic clear skin starter kit and also have tried a couple other things and I love them all. I’ve had great interactions with staff on every visit but would like to shout out Taylor and Barb and also Cameron Hill- they all helped me out the last time I was there. Time for more cleanser and moisturizer! 💘

I can’t say enough good things about Danielle Mac Donald! I’ve been going to see her for years and followed her to Ezentials when she changed locations. She truly has healing hands. Every time I go for a massage, I leave feeling at least ten times better than when I walked in. She’s incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and you can tell she really knows her craft. If you’re looking for someone who will help you feel your best, I highly recommend booking with Danielle! Also, the facility itself is quite lovely. I’d consider this the best spa in Sudbury. You will not be disappointed.

First, I need to apologize. I have been a client here for years and this is my first review for them.
That being said, I absolutely love everything about this amazing business. I go there for massage regularly. As soon as I walk in, I’m greeted by the wonderful staff at the front. They check me in, make sure I know where I’m going, and ask if I need anything. They advise me of upcoming or current promotions. They set the tone for my entire experience, and that is always a warm and welcoming one.
I’ve had several massage therapists over the years, and every single one has been incredible. They go over my needs, reason for my visit, and ensure the care I receive is to the best of their abilities. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. Yes, sometimes portions of my massages can be uncomfortable, but that is temporary and due to how tense I am. My massage therapists are always willing to use less pressure and ensure my comfort is their top priority.
I need to give a special thank you to Cameron, Barb, Crystal, Shelley, and Nadine. You are truly amazing and wonderful people and I am so grateful for you.

I was in Sudbury over the holidays and looking for a spa/steam room. The "lounge" at Ezentials was really cool, there is a scented steam room and a dry sauna with a large area to relax and cool between sessions. It was great! My only feedback to the owners is that it felt a little small and it would be great if there were additional showers for guests. Thank you

Beautiful spa, very comfortably and cozy atmosphere. A coffee/snack bar and lots of little spa items to purchase. Staff was friendly meeting upon entrance. She walked me throught the spa and explained how everything worked. Theres a relaxation area where you wait for your appointment. I had RMT, and enjoyd it so much! It has a sauna and steam room, I will surely try it next time.

Came here for a bachelorette party - the staff was so kind. The building is wonderful, much larger than we expected, and we had a great time in their sauna/steam room.
And I must just emphasize how Cam went above and beyond. He was very kind, offered us tours of the establishment as it was our first time, and he made us feel very special and comfortable in the environment - he even went out in the pouring rain to get his umbrella from his car so that each of us could get to our cars dry for the rest of our day!

Ezentials is one of the nicest spa centres I have ever had the pleasure of visiting! The reception is very welcoming and pleasant, the space, despite the massive size, is very well laid out, the individual areas are very carefully curated and designed. You can tell that the people who run this place, and the people who operate the space, really care about what they do.

I routinely visit for RMT services, and also recently tried the Mind Sync therapy. While the service wasn’t for me, many of these services will have a drastic difference in terms of effectiveness on an individualistic level, so I encourage you to try it out! It’s unique in the industry, and a fairly low cost-barrier to try it out makes it that much easier to say yes to exploring it.

I’m extremely satisfied with each visit and excited to see what new developments are yet to come!

I have been to Ezentials a couple of times. First was for the Nordic lounge and second for the head and neck massage. The Nordic lounge is a nice treat especially during the winter months. The “lounge” area allows for drinks and food orders through their cafe service. The RMT I was assigned to was Megan and she was great! She really found kinks in my neck and shoulders that I didn’t know I had.

The facility is very modern and clean with the beautiful smell of spa throughout the building. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to go back.

My wife and I just came from Ezentials and had the body scrub treatment, and it was amazing, right from the moment you walk in, the staff behind the counter super friendly, a very warm and inviting feeling, the girls that did the treatment very professional, already rebooked, will definitely recommend to anyone 😁

I never write reviews, but I had to after my last visit. My latest visit was absolutely wonderful. Madi did my Hungarian facial and it was the best thing ever. She was so kind and really took the time to look at my skin. She did some extractions and then began my facial. The massage (that goes with the facial) was amazing as well. I felt like she really cared about me as a customer which can be so rare to find these days. She deserves a raise! Thank you so much Madi for making my experience absolutely wonderful. I will always recommend friends to go to ezentials when looking for a wonderful spa experience!

I was recommended by a friend and I cannot tell you how happy I am I went in. Cameron helped me out and is such a beautiful soul, he instantly made me feel so comfortable and has SO much knowledge to share and if he didn’t know something another staff member pitched in. He helped me curate a new skin care regiment specified to my needs and not once did I feel like I was being upsold something I didn’t want or need. I will 100% be back and recommending to others!
