I can’t say enough good things about Danielle Mac Donald! I’ve been going to see her for years and followed her to Ezentials when she changed locations. She truly has healing hands. Every time I go for a massage, I leave feeling at least ten times better than when I walked in. She’s incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and you can tell she really knows her craft. If you’re looking for someone who will help you feel your best, I highly recommend booking with Danielle! Also, the facility itself is quite lovely. I’d consider this the best spa in Sudbury. You will not be disappointed.

My aunt told me about the products and it has really helped my skin and marks. Tried the Nordic spa during a promo with a girlfriend and we loved it. Very friendly and helpful staff especially when I was self conscious about my skin which has since improved. I was recommended the eminence probiotic clear skin starter kit and also have tried a couple other things and I love them all. I’ve had great interactions with staff on every visit but would like to shout out Taylor and Barb and also Cameron Hill- they all helped me out the last time I was there. Time for more cleanser and moisturizer! 💘

I frequent the Nordic lounge often , have experienced their deep tissue massage as well as meditated in their dark room ! This is a wonderful place to relax , de-stress and just overall recharge yourself! Place offers a large variety of skin care products and bath products and features a refresment bar that is superb 👌 the staff are very accommodating , friendly and just make the experience tenfold more enjoyable!

Beautiful spa, very comfortably and cozy atmosphere. A coffee/snack bar and lots of little spa items to purchase. Staff was friendly meeting upon entrance. She walked me throught the spa and explained how everything worked. Theres a relaxation area where you wait for your appointment. I had RMT, and enjoyd it so much! It has a sauna and steam room, I will surely try it next time.

I was given a gift certificate for my birthday and finally got to use it. Absolutely loved the time I spent in the Nordic lounge. The eucalyptus steam room was amazing! I capped off the 90 minute session with a delicious seasonal latte. I'll be back.

I tried their Nordic Lounge experience and it was incredible! Relaxing, luxurious and fun! Plus, they've got a great shop and cafe. The smoothies are amazing. I highly recommend this place!

I was in Sudbury over the holidays and looking for a spa/steam room. The "lounge" at Ezentials was really cool, there is a scented steam room and a dry sauna with a large area to relax and cool between sessions. It was great! My only feedback to the owners is that it felt a little small and it would be great if there were additional showers for guests. Thank you

I had the most fabulous 90 minute facial with Keanna this week. Absolutely the most zen and relaxing experience. She did an amazing job and I was very sad when it was over! Worth every penny! I loved every second!!! Thank you!

I had the Hungarian facial and classic pedicure with Keanna, and I’m officially hooked. From start to finish, everything was calming, luxurious, and deeply relaxing. Keanna is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also warm and attentive—she made me feel completely cared for throughout. My skin is glowing, my toes are pampered, and I left feeling like a new person. Huge thanks to Keanna for making this spa day unforgettable. Can’t wait to come back!

For the Male crowd! I booked the sauna in the steam room with the cold shower. Oh my God it was amazing and the staff is super friendly. Explain everything to me very easy I loved it, and will be returning for sure! Super quiet and relaxing ❤️❤️

Came here for a bachelorette party - the staff was so kind. The building is wonderful, much larger than we expected, and we had a great time in their sauna/steam room.
And I must just emphasize how Cam went above and beyond. He was very kind, offered us tours of the establishment as it was our first time, and he made us feel very special and comfortable in the environment - he even went out in the pouring rain to get his umbrella from his car so that each of us could get to our cars dry for the rest of our day!

I love this place! I have been going there for over a Year, and their massage therapists are professional and respectful. It’s so relaxing. I feel so well after every massage.

Ezentials is one of the nicest spa centres I have ever had the pleasure of visiting! The reception is very welcoming and pleasant, the space, despite the massive size, is very well laid out, the individual areas are very carefully curated and designed. You can tell that the people who run this place, and the people who operate the space, really care about what they do.
I routinely visit for RMT services, and also recently tried the Mind Sync therapy. While the service wasn’t for me, many of these services will have a drastic difference in terms of effectiveness on an individualistic level, so I encourage you to try it out! It’s unique in the industry, and a fairly low cost-barrier to try it out makes it that much easier to say yes to exploring it.
I’m extremely satisfied with each visit and excited to see what new developments are yet to come!

I have been to Ezentials a couple of times. First was for the Nordic lounge and second for the head and neck massage. The Nordic lounge is a nice treat especially during the winter months. The “lounge” area allows for drinks and food orders through their cafe service. The RMT I was assigned to was Megan and she was great! She really found kinks in my neck and shoulders that I didn’t know I had.
The facility is very modern and clean with the beautiful smell of spa throughout the building. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to go back.

I never write reviews, but I had to after my last visit. My latest visit was absolutely wonderful. Madi did my Hungarian facial and it was the best thing ever. She was so kind and really took the time to look at my skin. She did some extractions and then began my facial. The massage (that goes with the facial) was amazing as well. I felt like she really cared about me as a customer which can be so rare to find these days. She deserves a raise! Thank you so much Madi for making my experience absolutely wonderful. I will always recommend friends to go to ezentials when looking for a wonderful spa experience!

My wife and I just came from Ezentials and had the body scrub treatment, and it was amazing, right from the moment you walk in, the staff behind the counter super friendly, a very warm and inviting feeling, the girls that did the treatment very professional, already rebooked, will definitely recommend to anyone 😁

Very friendly and helpful staff, great atmosphere, and knowledgable staff make every time I visit here an exceptional experience. This is my go-to place for massage therapy and relaxation. Highly recommend this place!
